My Design Process

1. Initial Consultation:
I set up our Zoom meeting. We meet and discuss your project idea.
- We discuss your goals, target audience, and desired outcomes.
- We start developing questions.
- We make sure we are a fit for each other.

2. Design Brief:
After we know we are a general fit, I'll send or retrieve a detailed design brief from you (it's a questionnaire).
The Purpose: Gather information on preferences, styles, and specific project details. The brief helps us focus your project into being. We both become clearer on your desires.
**Establish project scope, timelines, and budget expectations.

3. Proposal and Agreement:
I send/present you a proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and cost estimate.
This is a detailed terms and conditions, including payment structure.
We both review and sign a formal agreement.

5. Designing: Behind the Scenes...
I work on designing what we agreed on.
I Update you on the progress, sharing drafts or proofs.
I get feedback and make adjustments as needed.
7. Approval & Finalization:
Make any last-minute adjustments or refinements based on your feedback.
Finalize the design, ensuring all elements are polished and cohesive.
